Role Overview
The Cloud Engineer will provide cloud solutions for application migration, deployment architecture, security, data migration, large-scale implementation, and cloud operations.
The primary technology focus is Google Cloud, Linux administration, BigQuery, virtual machines, Kubernetes, Datastore, Cloud Run, Cloud Data Fusion, and Dataflow.
Primary Skills
- Required primary skills include GCP cloud computing, Linux administration, BigQuery, VMs, Kubernetes, Datastore, Cloud Run, Cloud Data Fusion, and Dataflow.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or private cloud environments is listed as a secondary skill.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide cloud solutions for application migration to Google Cloud, including deployment architecture, security, and data migration.
- Design and implement large-scale migrations and cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
- Build cloud solutions and support cloud operations through troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Drive cloud infrastructure architecture, solution planning, and feasibility studies.
- Deliver new IT services, support infrastructure roadmaps, and implement required cloud resources.
