Role Overview
FuGenEd is seeking a high-ownership Business Analyst to drive the Partner PLANET ecosystem at the intersection of business, product, and technology.
The role focuses on scalable partner journeys, precise technology solutions, and faster compliant releases across mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end requirements gathering for Partner PLANET initiatives covering onboarding, transactions, campaigns, incentives, and reporting.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
- Work with product managers, engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to support timely and accurate execution.
- Define and optimize partner journeys with a focus on usability, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release readiness.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a BFSI context.
- Analyze data, user behavior, and partner feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
Skills and Competencies
- Four to six years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital products or platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
