The Technical Lead is a hands-on C++ development role for an experienced systems engineer transitioning into formal technical leadership.
Approximately 85–90% of the role focuses on coding and debugging, with 10–15% focused on guiding junior developers and leading small technical modules.

- The role is in the Technology department in Andheri, Mumbai.
- Work location is in person and the position reports to a Technical Lead at Manager or Senior Manager level.
High-Performance C++ Engineering
- Write, refactor, and maintain C++17/20 systems code for market data normalization, pre-trade risk checks, and execution routers.
- Use object pools, ring buffers, placement new, and other low-latency techniques to avoid heap allocation on trading hot paths.
- Develop IPC frameworks using Linux shared memory, mmap, lock-free queues, atomic operations, and CPU thread affinity.
- Use template metaprogramming or HTL concepts to build zero-overhead compile-time abstractions.
Data and Trading Systems
- Design cache-efficient data structures and algorithms optimized for low time and space complexity.
