Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management
- Conduct clinical consultations, perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, interpret test results, and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support preventive care initiatives, and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain accurate medical records, participate in case discussions, and contribute to patient and staff education as needed
Requirements
- Strong clinical expertise in Gastroenterology and Medicine, with proven experience managing a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatology conditions
- Proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopy and Capsule Endoscopy, including safe and effective procedure performance and interpretation
- Specialized knowledge in Hepatology, including assessment and management of acute and chronic liver diseases
- Current medical license (or eligibility) to practice as a Gastroenterologist, with board certification or equivalent in Gastroenterology
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient centered and culturally sensitive care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast paced clinical environment
- Experience in using electronic medical records and familiarity with evidence based guidelines and quality improvement practices
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Gastroenterologist role based in Riyadh.
- The Gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting clinical consultations, performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, interpreting test results, and developing individualized care plans.
- The role also involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, supporting preventive care initiatives, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards.
- The Gastroenterologist will maintain accurate medical records, participate in case discussions, and contribute to patient and staff education as needed.
Qualifications
