The candidate is primarily an expert for all service work (inspections) and defined assembly and maintenance work on the upmost quality and efficiency and accordingly promote the brand image with respect to reliability and economy.
Through the professional performance of all service work and preservation work, the
Gas Engine Technician
makes an essential contribution to the value retention of Customer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance of all commissioning maintenance operations according to manufacturer’s instructions and the maintenance schedule
- All visual inspections, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment (e.g. Filters, gaskets etc.)
- Recognition of deviation and extraordinary wear occurrences and initiate order extension/feedback to customers
- Resetting of maintenance systems
- Cleaning and care of customers’ products
- Self-reliant performance of simple service repairs
- Performance of defined, but also more extensive, assembly work and repair operations in cooperation and/or under the supervision of System/Diagnostic Technician (e.g. major overhaul, assembly replacements etc.)
- Carryout service measures if applicable
- Maintenance Delivery and Maintenance Work Quality
- Keeping track on quality standards and Operational Risk Reduction
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Responsible in housekeeping in work area to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Repair and inspect tools in safe manner and report if any damage
- Follow Safety standards
- Ensure& check parts requirement per each job correctly & prepare parts list
- Submit repair failures and technical reports in timely manner
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as a Gas Engine Technician
- Academic Qualification: Mechanical diploma

- : Gas Engines,
Mtu Certification
- is a MUST
- The incumbent will be supporting the UAE and Iraq region
- Essential Languages: English, Arabic is preferred
