Responsibilities
- As a Sous Chef you will assist Chef de Cuisine with leading, managing and organizing all requirements to the highest standards in accordance with the resort policies and procedures.
- You will be accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations and exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
- Our Sous Chefs continually improve guest and colleague satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
About You
- To succeed in this role, you need at least 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 2 years’ in a similar supervisory position or above.
- You should have extensive background in a 5* luxury environment, whether it’s hotel based operations or standalone reputable restaurant group.
- Ability to oversee complex and fast paced operations while maintaining high levels of service delivery and colleague recognition is crucial in this role.
