Role Responsibilities
- As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests across multiple resort locations.
- Maintain clean pool areas, respond to guest inquiries, and enforce all policies, rules, and regulations.
- Work 5–6 days per week, up to 48 hours, rotated across resort pools, Aquaventure Waterpark, and beach zones.
- Provide instructions to riders and swimmers, assist with ride dispatching, and consistently enforce safety guidelines.
- Participate in a minimum of four hours of monthly safety training.
Requirements
- Ability to swim 200 meters continuously, tread water, and physically assist guests when needed.
- Strong observational skills, proactive guest service, and excellent verbal communication.
- Previous lifeguard or swimming instructor experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
