About the Role

  • As an Executive Sous Chef – you will be assisting the resort Culinary Director to lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

About You

  • Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5 star international chain
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position or above
  • Ability to lead all types of culinary venues, from fast casual to Michelin starred
  • Ability to operate in high volume, fast paced environment
