About the Role
- We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join the Bar Operations Division in Atlantis The Royal – the most sophisticated and dynamic hospitality destination in the region.
- Candidates from various backgrounds and positions are welcome to register their interest for future full time opportunities across multiple levels within our Bar Operations, including Assistant Bar Managers, Bar Supervisors, and Bartenders.
- Venues include fine dining bars and lounges, high volume bar operations, beach and pool bars, and nightlife and entertainment venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily management and organization of bar services to the highest standards in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, prepare and serve beverages, maintain quality and consistency, and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Senior team members will lead, train, and motivate colleagues while managing stock, costs, and overall performance of the bar.
About You
- Relevant experience within bar operations, with at least 1–2 years in a similar position for entry level roles, and progressively more experience for supervisory or management positions.
- A background in a 4* or 5* luxury hotel or a reputable standalone venue is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and service standards is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high levels of service delivery, teamwork, and attention to detail.
