Department

Global Pricing and Valuation Services manages fund administration activities supporting the mutual fund business, including IBOR pricing, fair value oversight, and governance of third-party service providers.

The team works with fund boards, auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, operational integrity, fund operations, oversight, and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Execute risk-based oversight assignments across funds and jurisdictions.
  • Support pricing controls and valuation governance activities.
  • Prepare board and valuation committee reports.
  • Analyze pricing trends and valuation exposures.
  • Monitor exceptions and key oversight indicators.
  • Conduct due diligence on vendors and administrators.
  • Serve as a contact for complex business inquiries.
  • Develop dashboards, tools, and workflow enhancements.
  • Strengthen controls and improve operating efficiency.
  • Review vendor invoices and service arrangements.
  • Produce risk metrics and management reports.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, regulatory filing oversight, and service-provider issue resolution.

Experience, Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience in fund administration, valuation, investment operations, or financial services.
  • CFA designation or progress toward a relevant certification is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Windows-based applications.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools is useful.
  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of process automation and operational controls.

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Confidence presenting information to stakeholders and management.

Work Schedule

  • Work shift timings are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
