Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable
Functional Analyst (Arabic Speaker)
to support a large-scale transformation program.
This role will act as a
key link between business functions
and the
Enterprise Architecture And Transformation Team
, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in
business analysis, process improvement, and enterprise transformation
, ideally within the
real estate development or property management sector
.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with stakeholders across:
- Leasing, Property Management, Finance, Procurement, HR, and GRC
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, use cases, workflows)
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
Enterprise Architecture & Transformation Support
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Business Excellence teams
- Ensure alignment between:
- Business processes
- Technology solutions
- Organizational strategy
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and system implementations
Business Process Design & Improvement
- Map and redesign end-to-end business processes across real estate operations
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with best practices
- Support implementation of
- process excellence frameworks (Lean / Six Sigma)
Program & Project Execution
- Support delivery of transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Track progress, milestones, and deliverables using structured methodologies
- Ensure alignment with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and governance frameworks
Data, Reporting & Performance Management
- Define and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Support development of dashboards and executive-level reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and senior leadership
- Support governance processes, including documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive stakeholders
Tools & Systems
- Utilize tools such as
Jira
- for requirement tracking and workflow management
- Work with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Yardi – preferred)
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks/tools (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) is an advantage
Experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in:
• Business Analysis And Functional Analysis
- Transformation or enterprise-wide projects
- Strong experience within:
- Real estate development, leasing, or property management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Business Excellence
- Information Systems or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- End-to-end business processes
- Enterprise transformation and program execution
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
Language
- Fluent in
Arabic
and
