Role Overview

Employment and Workplace

• Employment is full-time and permanent.
• The workplace is in person at the Abu Dhabi branch.
• The role requires reliable commuting or relocation to Abu Dhabi before starting.

Web and Design Responsibilities

• Develop front-end web experiences using HTML5, CSS3, and PHP.
• Perform web design slicing and HTML conversion.
• Create user experience designs, graphic designs, social media materials, landing pages, app materials, and infographics.
• Use design tools including Photoshop and Illustrator.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and publish website and social-channel content.
• Manage social media profiles and community activity across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies and run paid and organic digital campaigns.
• Manage websites through different content management systems.
• Track marketing performance using ROI and KPIs.

Marketing and Sales Operations

• Assist with brand, marketing, and sales strategy development and execution.
• Analyze market research, competitor activity, campaign results, customer behavior, and consumer trends.
• Coordinate campaigns, meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, logistics, and marketing materials.
• Maintain CRM customer and sales data and identify potential customer sources.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and support sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within the UAE is required.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and PHP is required.
• Experience in web development, digital marketing, and e-commerce is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is required.
• Experience managing junior designers is mentioned as an additional qualification.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and hands-on experience setting processes and dashboards are required.
• English is required and Arabic is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 75% is required.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
