Full-Stack Engineer Senior Manager, SDLC Platforms

Performing and managing rigorous, logical, and accurate analysis of complex AI architecture and platform challenges — identifying and framing complex problems, addressing root causes, and drawing out innovative insights rather than surface-level fixes.

Writing clear and concise communications and leading conversations and meetings effectively — modulating your style to audience and context, actively listening, and driving to conclusions based on data and expertise to influence engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Structuring, planning, and prioritizing complex technical work; anticipating and managing changing priorities while managing and delivering high-quality output that is mindful of impact on the broader business.

Partnering effectively with diverse teams and networks — Product Management, Platform Engineering, Security, and DevSecOps — while coaching engineers, creating opportunities for their development, and striking the right balance between empowerment and managerial direction.

Embracing change with adaptability and agility, bringing curiosity and creativity to continually evolve how the team works, while performing with the highest level of integrity and a growth mindset that generates trust across the organization.
