About the Position
Persistent Systems is seeking a Full Stack Developer with frontend and backend expertise.
The role focuses on Java-based backend development, modern UI frameworks, scalable applications, security, and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Core Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Build RESTful APIs and responsive interfaces using React or Angular.
- Develop backend components with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Implement authentication and authorization with Spring Security and JWT.
- Manage source control with Git and builds with Maven.
- Support Azure DevOps deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on Core Java development experience.
- Expertise in Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Spring Security, JWT, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, Maven, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
- Experience with performance tuning and debugging.
Additional Skills
- Understanding of Servlet and JSP fundamentals.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web development.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities are requested.
