Role Overview
Lead the day-to-day execution of e-commerce fulfillment operations, including picking and marshalling activities.
Coordinate fulfillment activities to support customer satisfaction, product freshness, quality, and order accuracy.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage daily e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Lead picking and handover activities with the last-mile supervisor.
- Maintain dark-store organization and stock adequacy.
- Coordinate with operations, commercial, and IT teams.
- Resolve logistics, operational, and system process hurdles.
- Manage in-store customer service operations.
- Ensure on-time handover of goods according to the last-mile schedule.
- Ensure proper packing, cold-chain maintenance, and segregation of goods in delivery crates.
- Verify delivery quantities and implement required quality-control audits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of professional work experience in logistics and supply chain.
- E-commerce fulfillment and last-mile experience is a plus.
- Commercial knowledge is preferred.
