JOB TITLE Commercial Associate Manager -Fruit and Vegetables | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA ROLE SUMMARY The Associate Manager – Commercial is responsible for supporting sourcing, merchandising, and sales development activities across assigned categories and stores.

The role focuses on demand forecasting, supplier management, visual merchandising execution, inventory optimization, and commercial performance enhancement while ensuring consistent brand presentation and product availability across locations.

ROLE PROFILE

• Experience managing or supporting the Fruits & Vegetables category within a supermarket, hypermarket, or food retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive category sales, margin growth, and product availability.
• Knowledge of local and imported Fruits & Vegetables sourcing channels and supplier networks.
• Familiarity with assortment planning, range reviews, promotional planning, and pricing strategies.
• Strong understanding of merchandising standards, planograms, and category presentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Replenishment, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Ability to identify market trends, customer preferences, and commercial opportunities to improve category performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial, Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising within Fresh Food, Fruits & Vegetables, FMCG, or Retail.
