Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational and client-related activities under experienced professional guidance.
• Assist with client servicing, claims management, placement activities, and other assigned business functions.
• Conduct research and data analysis and prepare reports and presentations.
• Participate in projects supporting business objectives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate across departments and maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Apply training knowledge to support business operations and client service delivery.

Learning and Development

• Attend internal and external training courses, workshops, and certification programs.
• Receive structured on-the-job training and mentoring.
• Gain exposure to multiple insurance disciplines and professional certifications.
• Access WTW learning platforms and development resources.
• Learn from local and international subject matter experts.
