Your Tasks

  • Supervise and ensure smooth check in and check out procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor payment transactions and billing accuracy.
  • Resolve guest complaints and claims promptly and professionally.
  • Lead and supervise front office team members, promoting a service oriented work environment.
  • Utilize hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs to manage operations effectively.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless guest service.
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and innovative service strategies.
  • Support training and development of team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Plan and organize shift schedule and team tasks efficiently.

What are we looking for

  • Experience in a similar role with luxury background.
  • High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish.
  • A friendly and sympathetic personality.
  • Hospitality management education is a plus.
