As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm Emirati welcome and exceptional service.
Also, you will handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
And you will develop core hospitality and leadership skills to build a long-term career in front office operations and hotel management.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests courteously, perform check-in and check-out procedures, and manage room assignments efficiently.
Handle reservations, billing, and cash or credit transactions accurately and in line with hotel procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records and comply with hotel policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
About You
Good communication skills in English, with confidence in guest-facing interactions.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn front office systems, procedures, and luxury service standards.
Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term career in hospitality.
Pride in representing Emirati values and contributing to national development goals.
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
