Role Overview
The Front Office Agent reports to the Front Office Supervisor.
The role manages front desk activities including reception, check-in, check-out, cashiering, foreign exchange, and guest inquiries.
The position focuses on creating seamless and personalized arrival and departure experiences.
Front Desk Operations
- Register and room guest arrivals according to established procedures.
- Complete check-in, check-out, and room-change procedures with accurate hotel-system data.
- Maintain the cashier float and prepare daily reports of money received.
- Cash guest personal and travelers checks and assist with currency exchange.
- Attend to guest requests for safety-box services.
