What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all procedures and standards are followed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests during their stay.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process guest payments, maintain accurate billing records, and handle cash and transactions responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
• Uphold The Ned Doha’s luxury hospitality standards and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Support the Front Office team in achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction goals.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About You

• Previous experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and front office operations.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic hospitality environment.
