The Role
The Ned Doha is seeking a professional, reliable, and service-oriented Hotel Driver.
The role provides safe transportation services and represents a luxury hospitality brand with professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other designated destinations.
- Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
- Provide information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel facilities when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of hotel vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments for timely transportation services.
- Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, incidents, and maintenance requirements.
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management.
About You
- Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience; luxury hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's road network, traffic regulations, and key destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to create positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and high personal presentation standards.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
Compensation
- Tax-free salary of QAR 30,000 to QAR 31,500 per year.
