- Deliver fully responsive websites on time, meeting project deadlines and sprint commitments
- Optimize web applications to achieve 95%+ page speed scores through performance tuning
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production bugs with a goal of reducing them by 20% quarterly
- Implement 3+ new features per sprint to continuously enhance client applications
- Maintain 100% uptime for all deployed sites through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Utilize Git and version control systems for code management and team collaboration
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers
