Role Overview
The Front End Software Developer II will help drive LMI's GoPxL product platform, an embedded web application for configuring inspections, visualizing live 3D data, and diagnosing factory-floor problems.
The role owns features end to end, influences application architecture and UX, and contributes to real-time 3D visualization on embedded hardware.
What You Will Do
- Build GoPxL embedded web GUI features using TypeScript and React.
- Own feature delivery from ambiguous concepts through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Refactor components, improve state management, optimize rendering performance, and standardize interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and adjacent technical teams to deliver customer-focused features.
- Maintain production-grade UI code, unit tests, integration tests, and performance improvements for 24/7 factory automation.
- Contribute to Agile processes, technical decisions, the product roadmap, and product evolution.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience focused on modern web application front ends.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
