- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Support Admin and other departments with clerical tasks when required
- Ensure visitor logs and access procedures are followed for security purposes
Requirements
- High School diploma or Bachelor's in any field
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in healthcare or corporate setting)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Presentable, polite, reliable, and customer oriented

Position Summary

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume hiring environment.
- Presentable, polite, reliable, and customer oriented.
