- Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit teams
- Conduct daily reconciliation of guest registration records
- Prepare daily operational and compliance reports
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred)
- Experience with guest registration, compliance, or information management systems
- Experience with ONQ PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through
- Ability to perform duties efficiently with minimal supervision

Job Description
- As a Front Desk Agent (Arabic Speaker with CID Experience), you will deliver warm, memorable guest experiences through seamless check in and check out services while ensuring accurate guest registration, record management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collect and verify guest identification and travel documents.
- Ensure all guests are accurately registered during check in.
- Accurately enter and maintain guest records within designated systems.
- Upload and update required documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain high accuracy in all guest records.
- Review and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit teams.
- Conduct daily reviews and reconciliation of guest registration records.
- Prepare daily operational and compliance reports.
- Safeguard guest information and maintain strict confidentiality.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
- Ability to perform assigned duties efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred).
- Experience with guest registration, compliance, or information management systems.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
