- Evaluate AI generated audio outputs using structured qualitative and quantitative metrics, focusing on accuracy, fluency, and task completion.
- Audit conversational performance, including naturalness, clarity, and comprehension of spoken interactions.
- Assess basic technical reasoning in AI outputs, including understanding of JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic within support workflows.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of high quality, representative audio datasets aligned with real world user expectations.
- Follow structured evaluation guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and data integrity across tasks.
- Work independently to produce accurate, well documented, and high quality evaluation outputs.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with excellent spoken, written, listening, and reading skills.
- Proven experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, linguistics, QA, or AI evaluation related work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess conversational quality and structured data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts such as JSON structures, functions, methods, and logical reasoning.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with structured evaluation rubrics and guidelines.
- Reliable access to a high quality microphone and stable internet connection.
