We’re looking for talented, engaging and dependable Freelance Wellness Instructors to join our growing wellness offering at Ardencote Manor

Whether your specialism is Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Breathwork or Sound Healing, we’d love to hear from instructors who are passionate about creating memorable wellness experiences in a beautiful spa and leisure setting

You may specialise in just one discipline or be qualified across several

You’ll deliver welcoming, professional and engaging sessions for our spa guests, hotel residents, members and day visitors

Your role will include:

Planning and delivering safe, high-quality classes within your qualified discipline

Creating a calm, welcoming and inclusive environment

Adapting sessions for beginners, mixed abilities and individual needs

Providing clear demonstrations, guidance and appropriate alternatives

Carrying out relevant pre-class health and injury checks

Preparing your studio, equipment or reformer area before sessions

Ensuring equipment is used safely, cleaned and returned correctly

Delivering classes promptly and professionally

Working closely with our Spa, Leisure and Wellness teams

Following Ardencote Manor’s health & safety and operating procedures

You’ll need to hold a recognised qualification relevant to the discipline(s) you teach, such as Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Breathwork or Sound Healing
