Responsibilities
- Provide online psychological support to clients via secure video, audio, and chat sessions
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence based interventions for a range of mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and monitor client progress
- Provide crisis sensitive support when appropriate
- Collaborate with the TherapyMantra team on best practices and case consultations
Requirements
- Master's or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or closely related field
- Active license/registration to practice as a psychologist in Qatar or eligibility under local regulations
- Experience with diverse client populations, preferably in Middle Eastern or multicultural contexts
- Comfort with digital tools and telehealth platforms
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible part time schedule

Role Description
- Provide online psychological support to clients based in or connected to Qatar through secure video, audio, and chat sessions.
- Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence based interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Schedule and manage your own caseload, provide crisis sensitive support, and collaborate with the TherapyMantra team.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health with ability to apply evidence based therapeutic approaches online.
- Proficiency in Counseling and Psychological Assessment including intake evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Relevant academic qualifications: master’s or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or closely related field.
- Active license/registration to practice as a psychologist in Qatar or eligibility under local regulations.
- Experience working with diverse client populations, preferably in Middle Eastern or multicultural contexts.
- Comfort with digital tools and telehealth platforms, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide empathetic, nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive support.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible part time schedule, and maintain professional boundaries in a freelance setting.
