About the Program
This course focuses on managing AI and ML initiatives using structured project management methodologies, integrating PMBOK, CRISP-DM, and Agile frameworks.
The trainer will deliver practical, real-world insights across the full AI lifecycle—from business understanding to deployment and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a 4-day PMI-CPMAI training program onsite
Conduct engaging sessions including case studies and hands-on exercises
Explain AI/ML concepts from a business and project management perspective
Guide participants through AI governance, risk, ethics, and ROI-driven implementation
Prepare participants for certification assessment
Pmi-Cpmai Certification (Mandatory)
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and business applications
Proven experience in corporate or professional training delivery
Familiarity with PMBOK, Agile, and CRISP-DM frameworks
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in AI, Data Science, or Digital Transformation projects
Background in training professionals or corporate teams
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
