We’re looking for a
Freelance Graphic Designer
to join
Qureos, an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies discover, assess, and hire top talent faster.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience creating high-quality, performance-focused assets for platforms like Meta You’ll also support
landing page and social media design
when needed, but strong paid advertising experience is the key requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Design compelling
paid ad creatives
across different platforms and formats.
- Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
- Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.
- Support
landing page and social media design
when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing
paid advertising creatives
this is a must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
- Proficiency in
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
, or similar tools.
- Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.
- Motion/video design experience
