Responsibilities
- Monitor marketplace activity to identify suspicious behaviors and prevent fraudulent transactions
- Analyze data to detect fraud patterns, emerging risks, and potential attack methods
- Investigate escalated fraud cases and recommend appropriate actions based on risk assessments
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to improve fraud detection and prevention systems
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support ongoing fraud monitoring
- Contribute to the development of fraud prevention policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Identify vulnerabilities and proactively suggest improvements to strengthen user trust and platform security
Requirements
- Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, trust and safety, fintech, e commerce, or marketplace environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection methods, or rule based risk systems
- Detail oriented mindset with proactive approach to identifying threats
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Good level of English required, proficiency preferred

Requirements

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including product, data, and engineering functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced, scaling environment.
- Good level of English required, with proficiency preferred, as the working language is international.
