- Design high converting landing pages optimized for user experience, engagement, and revenue growth
- Create A/B test design variations based on conversion optimization strategies and performance insights
- Develop marketing email designs that support customer acquisition, retention, and sales objectives
- Translate CRO strategies into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions
- Collaborate with CRO Strategists, Project Managers, Developers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to deliver impactful campaigns
- Apply strong design principles while working within real world eCommerce and Shopify platform constraints
- Continuously improve design quality by analyzing results, testing new approaches, and incorporating feedback
- Support multiple client projects while maintaining strong attention to detail, consistency, and deadlines
- Take ownership of design projects from concept through final delivery
- Stay curious and continuously develop expertise in conversion focused design practices and eCommerce trends
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows
- Previous experience designing marketing emails with a focus on engagement and performance
- Experience designing for eCommerce brands, preferably within Shopify environments
- Understanding of conversion focused design principles, user behavior, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with marketing emails, landing pages, or other performance driven digital experiences
- Agency experience is preferred but not required
