About the Role

- Develop and execute the Franchise Medical Strategy aligned with global and regional strategy including integrated planning for launch readiness, lifecycle management and patient access
- Translate strategy into an operational medical plan for the country or cluster
- Lead and develop the Franchise Medical team (Medical leads, MSLs, etc.)
- Ensure strong alignment with commercial, regulatory, and access strategies
- Maintain high standards of medical and scientific credibility within the organization
- Oversee medical information, evidence generation, and scientific exchange with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards
- Provide medical insights to shape clinical practice and healthcare policy
- Support and oversee: Clinical trials (Phase I IV), Investigator initiated studies (IITs), Non interventional studies (NIS)
Requirements
- Senior medical leadership experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in developing and executing medical strategies
- Knowledge of clinical trials (Phase I IV), investigator initiated studies, and non interventional studies
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards
