Job Summary
The FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis of the organization.
This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver accurate financial insights, drive decision-making, and improve financial performance.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets in a fast-paced environment.
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario analysis
- Track actual performance versus budget and forecast, identifying key variances and drivers
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for management
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs to provide actionable insights
- Support management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations
Business Partnering
- Partner with department heads to understand financial performance and resource needs
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support operational decisions
- Support new initiatives, investments, and cost optimization efforts
Data & Process Improvement
- Maintain and improve financial models, templates, and reporting processes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
- Assist in automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related roles
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience with financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
