Responsibilities
- Resolve critical data migration gaps, implementation, and reporting gaps within SAP S/4HANA and Yardi system
- Oversee project cost accounting activities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Monitor and manage company's and project's cash flows, including preparation of regular forecasts
- Lead the audit process by liaising with external and internal auditors
- Ensure accurate and timely recording and reconciliation of vendor payables, accounts receivables, and other transactions
- Oversee inventory accounting and fixed assets management
- Supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and leadership

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5 8 years of relevant experience in financial consulting, ERP implementation, or system migration projects
- Hands on experience in finance system/ERP migration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, month end closure
- Good understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks

Overview
- Seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) as a Senior Financial Consultant with strong experience in finance system migration and transformation projects.
- Role involves supporting end to end migration of financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting: Resolve critical data migration gaps within SAP S/4HANA and Yardi; oversee project cost accounting; monitor cash flows; lead audit process; ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions; oversee fixed assets and inventory accounting.
- Budget Controls: Ensure transactions follow approved budgets; provide early warning on budget overspend.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk management to identify and mitigate risks; develop secure procedures for confidential information.
- Compliance: Ensure group compliance with all tax laws; ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Financial Reporting: Help with monthly FSCP; ensure timely financial closing in compliance with IFRS; produce monthly financial reports.
- Fixed Assets, AR, AP: Oversee fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of accountants.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently and manage cash flows.
- Automation and ERP Implementation: Ensure all accounting activities are automated; adopt modern processes including AI technologies.
Qualifications and Key Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5 8 years of relevant experience in financial consulting, ERP implementation, or system migration projects.
- Hands on experience in finance system/ERP migration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliations, budgeting, month end closure.
- Experience with data migration, validation, and controls testing.
- Good understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams.
