About the Company
The client develops AI match analysis for youth football using fixed pitch cameras.
Its models detect passes, shots, and goals, track players, and read jersey numbers from low-resolution footage.
Academies and parents receive match statistics, highlights, and per-player records.
The product is running at a pilot academy in Dubai with paying pilots, and the company is extending the stack into a second industry.
Role Scope
Own the platform across live sports model improvement and development of the second industry product.
The platform supports a product in production and a second product launching.
What You Own
- Own camera ingestion, detection and tracking, OCR, classification, and the reporting pipeline end to end.
- Improve sports-model accuracy with real users while architecting deployment for a second industry.
- Own model selection, training strategy, annotation and dataset operations, evaluation methodology, and the on-premises/cloud split.
- Ship the second industry’s first deployments and harden both products as one platform.
- Provide technical leadership for the engineering team built under the role.
