Role Purpose
Lead and scale a high-performing Mechanical design function delivering complex, large-scale projects.
Combine technical excellence, commercial awareness, and leadership to manage teams, clients, and fast-paced project environments.
Strategic Leadership and Department Management
- Lead and expand the Mechanical department in line with business growth strategy.
- Establish operational frameworks, mechanical design standards, governance frameworks, and review protocols.
- Manage resource planning, utilization, and hiring strategies across global offices.
- Lead design delivery from concept through detailed design for large mixed-use, residential, commercial, and giga projects.
- Build and lead a multicultural mechanical team across multiple locations.
Technical Excellence and Design Oversight
- Provide technical leadership across all design stages from concept to issued-for-construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and oversee design quality and authority approvals.
- Review and approve complex mechanical design solutions for quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Drive Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM workflows, digital engineering, and automation strategies.
