Role Overview
Lead a sales team in the automotive division to drive performance, achieve targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
Use market research and cross-functional collaboration to shape sales strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies informed by market research.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends and recommend growth strategies to upper management.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns for target audiences.
- Monitor team member performance through reviews and feedback sessions.
