About the Role

- Partner with Growth on messaging truth and with Ops on turning feedback into shipped features

- Operate agents to research, synthesize feedback, and draft scope
- Ruthless prioritization: every build request ties to a real user signal
- Sales domain empathy (our user is a rep about to walk into a meeting) bonus

- Skyler Labs is the company behind Skyler ONE, an AI sales meeting prep platform that lets a sales rep know before they go — per meeting briefs, prospect research, branded decks, and follow ups, delivered conversationally.
- We already run on an AI native agentic operating system. AI agents develop features, run QA, and execute operations every day, through a governed loop that ships semi autonomously.
The Role
- You'll own the loop between what real users need and what our agentic build engine produces — so Skyler ONE evolves on customer truth, not guesswork.
What you'll do
- Own the customer relationship for early Skyler ONE users: onboarding, support themes, churn reasons, feature pull.
- Run the product feedback loop — turn user signal into prioritized, evidence backed scope that feeds the build roadmap.

Location & team
- Remote, but preference is for candidates to be based in New York, Sweden or Dubai for overlapping working hours.
