About the Role
Skyler Labs seeks an AI Operations Lead to operate, improve, and scale their existing AI-native agentic development-and-operations loop. You will orchestrate LLM agents, manage handoffs between AI sessions and humans, and drive throughput and quality.

Responsibilities
- Run the wave delivery loop end to end: scope, build, PR, deploy handoff, staging QA, merge
- Manage handoffs between AI agent sessions, automated deploy pipeline, and humans
- Turn one off agent successes into reliable, reusable workflows and SOPs
- Run QA verdict discipline and maintain single source of truth (backlog, roadmap, decisions log)
- Own memory/context hygiene across docs to keep agents aligned
- Run evaluation and improvement loop: find where agents break, fix it, ship improvement
Requirements
- Experience orchestrating LLM agents (Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents) for real multi step work
- Strong systems/operations thinking
- Comfortable with software delivery lifecycle (branches, PRs, CI, staging vs production)
- Exceptional written precision

The Role
- Own the day to day operation of the agentic development and operations loop and make it run at higher throughput and quality.
What You'll Do
- Run the wave delivery loop end to end: scope, build, PR, deploy handoff, staging QA, merge.
- Manage handoffs between AI agent sessions, automated deploy pipeline, and humans.
- Turn one off agent successes into reliable, reusable workflows and SOPs.

- Own memory/context hygiene across docs so agents stay aligned.
- Run evaluation and improvement loop: find where agents break, fix it, ship improvement.
What We're Looking For
- You already orchestrate LLM agents for real multi step work and know how to recover when they go sideways.
- Strong systems/operations brain: find the bottleneck and design the guardrail that removes it.
- Comfortable around software delivery lifecycle: branches, PRs, CI, migrations, staging vs production.
- Exceptional written precision.
Bonus
- Background as a technical PM, release manager, or dev productivity/dev ops operator.
- Notion as ops system, MCP tooling, prompt engineering depth, light coding (TypeScript).
Location & Team
- Remote, but preference for candidates based in New York, Sweden or Dubai for overlapping hours.
- Small team, founder led, fast.
