Founder's Office Intern

Neuratia Labs is hiring a Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO across strategy, fundraising, business development, research, partnerships, and company operations as we scale our AI-powered neurotechnology platform.

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO across multiple areas of the company.

This is a high-ownership, generalist role where you’ll support important initiatives, conduct research, coordinate opportunities, and help turn ideas into execution.

The role provides direct exposure to startup strategy, fundraising, business development, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, and deep-tech commercialization.

• Support the Founder & CEO with strategic projects, research, planning, and execution.
• Conduct market, competitor, industry, customer, and investor research.
• Research and support VCs, angel investors, grants, accelerators, incubators, and funding opportunities globally.
• Support fundraising activities, including investor research, CRM updates, follow-ups, pitch materials, and due-diligence preparation.
• Support business development and partnerships with universities, hospitals, researchers, healthcare organizations, companies, and international partners.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, research briefs, and business documents.
• Assist with startup applications, grants, awards, conferences, PR, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Track meetings, partnerships, leads, applications, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, customers, research collaborations, and commercialization.
• Take ownership of projects assigned by the Founder and drive them from research to execution.

Students or recent graduates from fields such as:

• Engineering / Computer Science / AI & ML

• Or other relevant disciplines

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicates clearly and professionally in English.
• Can conduct independent research and present findings effectively.
• Is comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and online research.
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Is highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Learns quickly and is comfortable working across different areas.
• Can work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior professionals.
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for constant instructions.
• Has a genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, or deep technology.

• Internship Certificate from Neuratia Labs.
• Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from the CEO based on performance.
• Direct experience working with the Founder & CEO.
• Exposure to fundraising, investors, strategy, business development, partnerships, and startup operations.
• Exposure to a global AI, neuroscience, healthcare, and neurotechnology ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience working on real strategic projects at an early-stage deep-tech startup.

Duration: 3-6 months
