Role Overview

Neuratia Labs is hiring a Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder and CEO across strategy, fundraising, business development, research, partnerships, and company operations.

This is a high-ownership generalist role supporting important initiatives, conducting research, coordinating opportunities, and turning ideas into execution.

The role provides exposure to startup strategy, fundraising, business development, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, and deep-tech commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder and CEO with strategic projects, research, planning, and execution.
  • Conduct market, competitor, industry, customer, and investor research.
  • Research VCs, angel investors, grants, accelerators, incubators, and global funding opportunities.
  • Support fundraising activities, including investor research, CRM updates, follow-ups, pitch materials, and due-diligence preparation.
  • Support business development and partnerships with universities, hospitals, researchers, healthcare organizations, companies, and international partners.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, research briefs, and business documents.
  • Assist with startup applications, grants, awards, conferences, PR, and ecosystem opportunities.
  • Track meetings, partnerships, leads, applications, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, customers, research collaborations, and commercialization.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from research through execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Candidates may come from business, healthcare, engineering, computer science, AI and machine learning, finance, economics, neuroscience, psychology, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Candidates should communicate clearly and professionally in English.
  • Candidates should be able to conduct independent research and present findings effectively.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel or Sheets, PowerPoint, and online research.
  • The role requires initiative, organization, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Candidates should learn quickly, work across different areas, and have a genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, or deep technology.
