Role Overview
Work directly with the Founder and CEO across strategy, fundraising, business development, research, partnerships, and company operations.
Support high-ownership initiatives and help turn ideas into execution.
Gain exposure to startup strategy, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, and deep-tech commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic projects, research, planning, and execution.
- Conduct market, competitor, industry, customer, and investor research.
- Research funding sources, accelerators, incubators, and investment opportunities.
- Support fundraising activities, CRM updates, follow-ups, pitch materials, and due diligence.
- Support business development and partnerships with external organizations.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, research briefs, and business documents.
- Assist with applications, grants, awards, conferences, PR, and ecosystem opportunities.
- Track meetings, partnerships, leads, applications, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Identify growth, partnership, customer, research collaboration, and commercialization opportunities.
- Drive assigned projects from research to execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates from business, healthcare, engineering, technology, finance, economics, neuroscience, psychology, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication in English.
- Ability to conduct independent research and present findings effectively.
- Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Excel or Sheets, PowerPoint, and online research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
- Ability to work directly with the Founder and CEO and senior professionals.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, or deep technology.
