Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects, research, planning, and execution for the Founder and CEO.
• Conduct market, competitor, industry, customer, and investor research.
• Research investors, grants, accelerators, incubators, and other funding opportunities.
• Support fundraising activities, including CRM updates, follow-ups, pitch materials, and due-diligence preparation.
• Support business development and partnerships with universities, hospitals, researchers, healthcare organizations, companies, and international partners.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, research briefs, and business documents.
• Assist with applications, grants, awards, conferences, public relations, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Track meetings, partnerships, leads, applications, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, customers, research collaborations, and commercialization.
• Drive assigned projects from research to execution.

Candidate Profile

• Students or recent graduates may come from business, healthcare, engineering, computer science, AI and machine learning, finance, economics, neuroscience, psychology, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities are required.
• Candidates should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Candidates should be comfortable working directly with the Founder and CEO and senior professionals.
• A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, healthcare, AI, neuroscience, or deep technology is expected.

Tools and Working Skills

• The role requires familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel or Sheets, PowerPoint, and online research.
• Candidates should be able to conduct independent research, present findings effectively, and learn quickly across different areas.
