About the Role
The engineer will design tailored solutions for strategic customers and own complex, high-impact projects from technical architecture through full-scale integrations.
The role is embedded with strategic customers and requires close collaboration with customer engineers and executive teams.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners and deliver high-impact solutions hands-on.
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure effective use of ElevenLabs technologies.
- Use coding and technical expertise to solve complex problems, build integrations, and drive innovation for customers.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects, and interest in close technical customer collaboration.
- Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of software development, software architecture, and API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and pursue optimal solutions.
- Fluency in English and Arabic and a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances are required.
