Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Saudi Arabia revenue growth strategy and targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and evaluate competition.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline and conversion performance.
- Build client and partner relationships.
- Position the ElevenLabs brand in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales and business development team.
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Optimize processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Who You Are
- Passionate about voice and audio AI, content accessibility, and emerging technology.
- Have 10 or more years of technology experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership or a General Manager role.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience working in Saudi Arabia.
- Have owned and grown a regional P&L.
- Understand AI and SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
- Have experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
