About the Role
The role builds a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack rather than serving as a traditional Salesforce administrator.
The position combines Salesforce administration and backend development, including automations, custom services, CRM integrations, and AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce object models, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
- Build and maintain automations with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for AI-powered CRM workflows.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technical scope and implemented solutions.
- Partner with engineering on larger efforts from scoping through delivery.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
- Strong Apex skills for custom logic, triggers, integrations, debugging, and maintenance.
- SQL proficiency with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- Ability to reason about end-to-end processes and downstream dependencies.
- Interest in AI-native systems and the intersection of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
Location and Work Style
- The role is remote and can be performed globally.
- Employees may alternatively work from ElevenLabs offices in London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw.
