The Forward Deployed Engineer partners with MSPs and end customers to turn AI capabilities into production systems.
The role combines customer delivery, engineering, deployment, and product influence.
Success is measured through production adoption, workflow impact, and evaluation-driven product feedback.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in New York City in the Flatiron District.
- The position follows a hybrid schedule when the employee is not traveling.
- Approximately 50% travel is expected.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployments of AI agents and workflows from discovery through production rollout.
- Own delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable production.
- Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and improve organizational learning.
- Work closely with MSP and end-customer teams to guide adoption.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality.
