Administration and Communications
- Assist with annual public relations, advertising, and media plans alongside the Director of Communications.
- Maintain media, journalist, client, and former-client mailing lists.
- Distribute English and Thai press releases and report important news and competitor coverage.
- Translate important news and press clippings between English and Thai.
- Arrange press conferences, interviews, press visits, and media photo shoots.
Publicity and Marketing Materials
- Prepare press releases, publicity materials, photographs, newsletters, bulletins, guest information, and MIS reports.
- Write English and Thai copy for food and beverage promotional materials.
- Assist with printed literature, sales tools, and promotional giveaways.
- Prepare news releases for hotel events and update comparisons with other hotels monthly.
Strategy and Social Relations
- Set the hotel's PR strategy with the Director of Communications.
- Organize internal and external social and PR activities.
- Coordinate social events with the entertainment complex Event Manager.
- Maintain close contact with local media and regional trade press.
- Support media relations and photography to maximize hotel exposure.

- Treat employees, customers, and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
- Address discrimination, harassment, victimization, and cross-cultural issues promptly and confidentially.
